The Best Keto Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20 or 85/15 is best)
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Finely Ground Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

  2. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, egg, almond flour, cream, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and grated parmesan.

  3. Gently mix until the mixture is uniform.

  4. Shape the mixture into a rectangular loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

  6. Take out of the oven and spread ketchup all over the meatloaf. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.

  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
