Low Carb Mojito

  • 15 Mint Leaves
  • 15 drops Stevia
  • 1oz Lime Juice About 1/2 a squeezed lime
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 3 oz Club Soda


  1. Remove the mint leaves from stem and add to bottom of glass. Muddle with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon (if you're not fancy, like me).

  2. Add lime juice, stevia, and ice into glass.

  3. Add in chilled club soda and white rum, then stir to mix. Garnish with more mint or a lime wedge. Enjoy your low carb mojito!
