Keto Crustless Quiche

Quick and Easy Breakfast that is perfect for meal prep


  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 slices Chopped Bacon
  • 4.5 oz Can Diced Green Chilis
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.

  3. Add 1 cup shredded cheese into the bottom of pie pan, top that with chopped bacon.

  4. Add 1/2 a can of diced green chilis over the top.

  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour egg mixture into the pie pan. Top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.

  7. Bake until the egg is cooked all the way through and is golden brown. Approximately 30 minutes.

  8. Serve Immediately. Or store in fridge to eat throughout the week. (TIp: This will reheat well in the microwave or toaster oven)
