Keto Pizza Egg Bake for One

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 8 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta
  • 1/8 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray 5x9 loaf pan with non stick spray

  3. Chop up 1 tbsp of butter and place in the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce over the bottom, spreading evenly.

  4. Crack 3 eggs on top

  5. Add in ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

  6. Season with salt and Italian seasoning

  7. Top with pepperoni

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes then turn the oven to broil for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is turning golden and the egg bake is nice and bubbly. Let cool then enjoy.
