A delicious keto friendly version of the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew coffee!
In a bowl combine the heavy cream, pumpkin, vanilla, splash of stevia and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix with a hand mixer until it becomes thick.
In a cup add ice, sugar-free vanilla flavor syrup (or stevia), and cold brew coffee.
Pour the pumpkin cream over the top of the coffee and sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice.
Enjoy immediately!
