Keto Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew | Copycat Starbucks Recipe

It’s almost Fall y’all and you know what that means…. pumpkin-flavored drinks are back at Starbucks!

Fall marks the beginning of my favorite time of the year. I love the fall colors and smells and it just makes me happy!

Once Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte returns to stores, it’s game time for me to start making pumpkin-flavored drinks.

However, if you have ever been to Starbucks and purchased one of these Fall drinks… they come with a steep price tag and LOTS of sugar.

As someone who follows a low carb/keto diet – I just cannot bring myself to ever splurge and enjoy one of those high sugar drinks.

Instead, I came up with a recipe that tastes very similar to what Starbucks makes, all while keeping it low carb!

You’ll love this Starbucks inspired drink that is delicious, low in carbs and won’t break the bank!

Ingredients and Tools you Need

Here is a quick overview of everything you will need to make this copycat pumpkin cream cold brew recipe.


  • Heavy Cream
  • 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Liquid Stevia
  • Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
  • Cold Brewed Coffee


  • Milk Frother or Hand Mixer
  • Small Mixing Bowl

How I Make my Cold Brew Coffee

Step 1: Fill a 16oz mason jar with water.

Step 2: Stick a cold brew coffee packet into the mason jar. I usually buy whatever brand I find at the grocery store.

Step 3: Seal the jar and let it sit in the fridge for 12-24 hours before using.

How to Make the Pumpkin Cream

Step 1: Combine the heavy cream, pumpkin, vanilla, splash of stevia and pumpkin pie spice into a bowl.

Step 2: Use a hand mixer or milk frother to mix until it becomes a thick, foamy consistency.

Step 3: Pour over your cold brew coffee, top with some pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

Keto Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Starbucks Copycat Recipes

A delicious keto friendly version of the Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew coffee!

  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ tbsp Pure Pumpkin
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Splash Liquid Stevia
  • Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 16 oz Cold Brew Coffee
  1. In a bowl combine the heavy cream, pumpkin, vanilla, splash of stevia and pumpkin pie spice.

  2. Mix with a hand mixer until it becomes thick.

  3. In a cup add ice, sugar-free vanilla flavor syrup (or stevia), and cold brew coffee.

  4. Pour the pumpkin cream over the top of the coffee and sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice.

  5. Enjoy immediately!
