I lived in Mobile for a year and as a huuugggee coffee connoisseur, I had to try just about every coffee shop in town!

After doing my own coffee research (which was just terribly hard work, lol), I’m sharing four of my favorite must-visit coffee shops in Mobile, Alabama.

All of these coffee shops not only serve great coffee, but are a great place to hang out or get some work done.

Carpe Diem Coffee and Tea Co

Carpe Diem Coffee and Tea Co is a quaint coffee shop located directly across the street from Springhill College.

The space is bright and the decor is cute; you can even shop some locally made products in store!

They have so many delicious drink options that you will have to return over and over to try them all out – I’ve never found one I didn’t like!

Additionally, they serve some delicious food. This is such a fabulous place to meet with friends over breakfast or grab a coffee and get in a study sesh!

Serda’s Coffee Company

Located right in the heart of downtown Mobile, Serda’s Coffee Company is a cozy shop offering all kinds of coffee, tea, food, and even gourmet Italian gelato!

I have to say I was overwhelmed looking at the menu because I wanted it ALL! I have not had the chance to try breakfast at Serda’s yet, but I have heard I would not be disappointed!

NOVA Espresso

NOVA Espresso is an awesome hidden gem in downtown Mobile.

The space is bright, has amazing coffee, and has both indoor and outdoor seating where you can hang out and enjoy your drink.

The coffee menu is small but offers some great options. They obviously specialize in espresso, but the chai latte was pretty darn delicious as well!

I love the unique vibe of NOVA; it’s a super chill spot located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Yellowhammer Coffee is a favorite of many who live in Mobile. Not only does Yellowhammer have established shops, you can also find the Yellowhammer trailer moving around Mobile each week so it’s always exciting when you spot the trailer and can grab a quick treat!
