We got a Costco membership a few months ago and to be completely honest, I AM OBSESSED! I absolutely love wandering the aisles and seeing what cool items I stumble upon and the massive quantities they are sold in. One of the great things about Costco is that I can stock up on some of my staple keto foods at a pretty reasonable price.
My favorite thing to do is check out the food – however, finding things that fit into a keto diet isn’t always the easiest to do. I have wandered the aisles checking the different products out and have compiled a list of some of my faves!
#1 – Tyson Blackened Chicken Tenders
I found these recently and they are the most amazing item I have found to date. Popeyes sells blackened chicken tenders that I am obsessed with however, a 5 piece can set you back nearly $10. I literally danced around the store when I saw these sitting in the freezer section, and couldn’t wait to give them a try. For around $13 you get 30 or so tenders – a MUCH better deal than Popeyes and they taste just as good, if not better! Sad news is that I have learned that these are currently not available nationwide – but keep your eye out for them!
#2 – Kerrygold Butter
Costco has the best deal on Kerrygold butter as it’s only about $11 for 4 bars of butter. Kerrygold Butter is made from milk from Irish grass-fed cows and is a great option for keto dieters.
#3 – Rotisserie Chicken
You won’t find a better deal on rotisserie chickens than at Costco. A large rotisserie chicken costs only $4.99 – AMAZING DEAL! Rotisserie chickens are extremely versatile in recipes and I love to buy them, pull off all the chicken and throw it into soup, casseroles or even salads. You may have to act fast as they are a hot commodity and are sometimes sold out!
#4 – Cheese!
Our favorite cheese is Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and Costco sells it in a 2lb block and it’s a great deal! We love to shred fresh cheese throughout the week for our meals and the block lasts us usually around 2 weeks. Costco has a huge selection of cheese at great prices. The perfect place to stock up and show off to your friends with an amazing meat and cheese board!
#5 – Dried Meats
One of my absolute favorite date nights in is an awesome meat and cheese board. Costco has a large selection of meats that pair so well with their wide selection of cheeses. My favorite dried meat product from Costco is the charcuterie sampler with 6 different types of meat to try. To be honest, I need more friends so I can have wine nights with meat and cheese boards – because I am well… cheesy. hehe
#6 – Riced Cauliflower
I have been making loaded cauliflower rice wayyyy more often than I would like to admit. This big bag of cauliflower rice can make a batch that will last me and Cody the entire week! We thaw the riced cauliflower and put it in a hot pan to get rid of the excess moisture. Then add in cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, and green onions if you would like. Mix everything together and your loaded cauliflower rice is ready to go! Or throw it in a baking pan, add a little cheese on top and place it in the oven until the cheese browns.
#7 – Nuts
Costco is where you can get the most bang for your buck on nuts. Their salted almonds and macadamia nuts are so great as a quick snack when you are on the go!
Well, those are 7 of my absolute favorite keto things to purchase at Costco! It was hard to narrow it down to 7 of these because there are so many great keto options you can find when shopping around Costco. Be sure to leave a comment below and let me know if you want to see more of my favorite keto finds at Costco!

My daughter is your age so it’s been fun seeing y’all find your way thru life. And, yes, I’m a fellow Texan. 😉 Good luck with all your adventures, Kat! Hello to Cody and give Mr. Beaux a rub on the head for me.

November 8, 2018 at 12:34 amCostco also has chicken thighs. Drumsticks and wings packaged in divided servings of 4 pieces in 6 or 8 packs bundled together. It’s great for couples of 2. Baked or smoked, they’re wonderful.
