Keto Pizza Egg Bake for One

Once you give this pizza egg bake a try, you’re going to want to make it EVERYDAY! It’s an easy to throw together breakfast that will leave your taste buds singing!

Oh my word, this egg bake is good. Like CRAZY good.

If you decide you want to make this recipe for two people I would suggest making it in a cast-iron skillet.

Everyone loves pizza for dinner, so why not give it a try for breakfast!? To make this egg bake you throw in butter, pizza sauce, eggs, cheese, seasonings and top with pepperonis. You then pop it in the oven and about 15 minutes later your breakfast will be ready. It’s a super easy recipe to throw together so you MUST give it a try – I promise you won’t regret it!

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 8 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta
  • 1/8 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray 5×9 loaf pan with non stick spray

  3. Chop up 1 tbsp of butter and place in the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce over the bottom, spreading evenly.

  4. Crack 3 eggs on top

  5. Add in ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

  6. Season with salt and Italian seasoning

  7. Top with pepperoni

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes then turn the oven to broil for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is turning golden and the egg bake is nice and bubbly. Let cool then enjoy.
