This is an easy, low carb chili recipe with so much flavor. Great for a cold night or just an easy to throw together meal for the whole family!
This chili is so easy to throw together. Basically just dumping everything into a big pot and simmering until everything is tender. Serve it garnished with some cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, and some chopped green onions.
Make this recipe simpler by buying frozen diced onions and peppers so you don’t have to chop those up yourself. I am all about making things easier!
